Dimes - A digital mentoring app for supervisors

Dimes is a digital mentoring application, a new in-service training concept developed to strengthen the supervisory skills of supervisors and team leaders working in the elderly.

The learning platform behind the service has been developed by JJ-Net Group Oy, and the expert group of Tampere University of Applied Sciences is responsible for the content and pedagogical planning of the service. Dimes has been developed in the Digimentori as a Supervisor Strengthening Competence project, which is funded by the European Social Fund's Sustainable Growth and Jobs 2014-2020 Finnish Structural Funds program.
